Welding Course

Our dynamic Welder Training Course is designed to equip individuals with the skills and expertise needed to excel in the welding industry. Our comprehensive program covers a range of welding techniques and practices, providing participants with hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge essential for success in the field.

Practical Welding Techniques:

Participants will receive extensive hands-on training in practical welding techniques, including arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, and oxy-acetylene welding. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, students will learn to operate welding equipment safely and effectively, mastering various welding processes and positions.

Welding Inspection and Quality Control:

Understand the importance of welding inspection and quality control in ensuring the integrity and reliability of welded structures. Participants will learn to perform visual inspections, interpret welding symbols and codes, and identify defects and discontinuities in welds.

Argon Welding (TIG):

Participants will learn the principles of TIG welding, electrode selection, shielding gas considerations, and advanced welding applications. Hands-on practice will reinforce theoretical learning, enabling participants to produce high-quality TIG welds with precision.

CO2 Welding (MIG/MAG):

Explore the versatile process of CO2 welding, known as MIG (Metal Inert Gas) or MAG (Metal Active Gas) welding. This course segment covers equipment setup, wire selection, welding parameters, and practical techniques for achieving solid and consistent welds using CO2 shielding gas.

Double-Coded Welding:

Master the challenging skill of double-coded welding, which involves welding multiple materials or positions using different welding processes and filler materials. Participants will learn the techniques and procedures for executing double-coded welds according to industry standards, enhancing their versatility and employability as welders.
